What is it about?
Join us for a “Fight Back” weekend packed with kickboxing, martial arts skills, and self defense. We’ll be teaching basic fighting techniques, self-assertion, tried & tested tips on defending yourself, and more. Made for women, by women.
Women of all shapes & sizes, all backgrounds & ages (minors need written permission of a parent) are welcome: from fitness freaks to couch potatoes - first-timers to black belts! It’s an international celebration of sisterhood. We speak English, German, and Arabic.
Is this effective?
Self-assertion begins in the mind and is practiced on the mat. This workshop provides a framework in which you can learn & try out techniques with our trainers and your fellow participants in a secure environment. Test your limits!
What is the schedule?
The full day program consists of basic fight techniques (inspired by boxing, taekwondo, and muay thai), self-assertion methods, conditioning exercises, cool-down yoga, and empowerment talks that provide the opportunity to interact in a safe space. Just 100% girl power.
