Our lineup of coaches includes esteemed professional fighters and up-and-coming figures from the communities of MMA, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Luta Livre. Regardless of where you are on your martial arts journey, you'll have the unique opportunity to train, chat, and connect with the coaches and your fellow fighters over 5 days in a cozy Austrian mountain lodge.

LOCATION

The destination: Alpine resort town Saalbach Hinterglemm, with its lush valley surroundings and panoramic mountain views.

Our home in the mountains is the family-owned Bio-Pension Vorderlengau: a beautiful lodge with a sauna & wellness area, fresh organic food straight from the farm, and a newly-built sports hall directly onsite for our daily seminars and open mat trainings.

Choose between basic accommodation in a comfortable dorm room (included in the ticket price), or upgrade to either a bed in a double room, or a single room just for yourself.

SEMINAR PACKAGES

Whether you're into BJJ, Luta Livre (Grappling), Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA (Striking), or are all of it (Grapple & Strike) - you can select a seminar package based on your martial arts interests. This will grant you access to all relevant seminars (e.g., with the Grappling Package you can attend all the grappling seminars, but none of the striking seminars).

All 3 packages include the same accommodation, food, and extra perks.

SCHEDULE

*Daily supervised Open Mats for rolling & sparring (mouthguard, 14oz boxing gloves, and shinguards required for striking sparring).

* Optional evening activities include Game Night and Pub Quiz.

* Daily Yoga classes will be offered by a qualified teacher.

FAQs


Who can participate?

Women of all martial arts and fitness levels are welcome.

Is it guaranteed that all the coaches listed in the current lineup will be there?

No, we can't offer that guarantee because many of our coaches are also active fighters. In the case that one of them gets signed for a fight that collides with the Camp dates, we will find a suitable replacement.

How do I get to the Camp?

The easiest way to reach is by car. If you decide to take the train, the destination station is "Zell am See". From there, you can catch a bus to Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Of course, we will send you detailed information on how to arrive upon your registration. We can also help you find a carpool ride with one of the other participants.

What is the cancellation policy?

We can only accept a cancellation if you have independently found a replacement participant who will take your place. In the case that you need to cancel for personal or health reasons, we highly recommend that you take out travel insurance (e.g. the ADAC).

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, you can pay in installments via PayPal. Simply select PayPal as the payment method at checkout and, after logging in, click on the "Ratenzahlung" option. The entire process is handled via PayPal, and we assume no liability.
